SHIPPING

During the checkout process you have to choose the shipping method. We offer these shipping options depending on the receiving country:

  • DHL parcel (local mail services)
  • UPS Standard, Express Saver, Express
  • Fedex (Only for registered customers which provided their own Fedex account no.)

As soon as your order is collected by the shipping agent, you will receive a separate email with the tracking number and the web link to the tracking website.

INTERNATIONAL

All shipping costs are exclusive all public dues. The ordering party is responsible for all public dues (taxes, charges, duties, etc.) levied outside Germany from or in connection with the import / transportation of an order.

USING YOUR SHIPPING ACCOUNT

During the registration process, you can supply your UPS / Fedex account number. Then we can activate shipping on your shipping account number for your online customer account.
